Council is seeking a suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Contractor to provide scheduled and emergency effluent and septic removal and disposal services from nominated CCC sites). Effluent will be disposed of at designated sewer treatment plants within the Central Coast LGA or at the contractor's discretion outside of the Central Coast LGA at a licensed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) disposal facility.

The contract term of engagement is for three (3) years with a further two (2x1) year extension options if the services are still required and the Contractor is meeting performance expectations.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
