Council is seeking tenders for the cleaning of various Council buildings in Condobolin, outside normal business hours.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit a tender, in writing addressed to the General Manager Lachlan Shire Council, PO Box 216, Condobolin, NSW, 2877, via email at council@lachlan.nsw.gov.au.

The tender must include documents which highlight skills, knowledge and experience including cover/introductory letter and a copy of your current CV including three referees. Demonstrated experience in commercial cleaning or similar field.

The term of the proposed collection contract shall be two (2) years and zero (0) months from the date of its commencement, with provision for a one x one (1) year extension nominated by Council.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence Monday 2nd December 2024.
