Tender Description
Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Vietnam, is seeking proposals from service providers to design and deliver a Knowledge Exchange - Development and Operation of High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Systems for up to 15 representatives from Vietnam’s National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), its subsidiaries and relevant agencies who are involved in developing the HVDC transmission systems in Vietnam (the “Activity”).
A detailed description of the Activity is included in Part B, Scope of Services.
It is intended that a single organisation (either alone or as the lead of a consortium) be contracted to design and deliver the Activity.
Aus4Skills will exclude proposals from entities on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or Aus4Skills.
