Hinchinbrook Shire Council (Council) has been successful under the Australian Government Local Road and Community Infrastructure Program (LRCI) and Transport and Main Roads, Transport Infrastructure Development scheme (TIDS) to reconstruct the existing pavement and seal along Pappins Road, Helens Hill.

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the reconstruction and seal of Pappins Road, Helens Hill Queensland as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

Project works are required to be completed by 31 December 2024.
