This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Finance (DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of HVAC services for a government owned office building.
Kununurra Public Building- Cnr Messmate & Konkerberry Street, Kununurra.
The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1st of November 2024 until 1st of November 2027. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one-year extensions.
