South West TAFE has for sale by tender one dwelling currently being constructed as part of our Pre-apprentice training program at the Sherwood Park Campus. A four (4) bedroom house is available for removal in December 2024.

The house is constructed of timber cladding with Colorbond roofing, fitted with Stanford four-panel doors, cathedral ceilings, skirting and architraves and has been built with a view to relocate to a permanent site. It is suitable for use as a permanent residence, holiday accommodation or office building.
