Tender Description
Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) via SAP Ariba in early November 2024 for Construction Services.
Background and Scope:
EQL has an ongoing requirement to deliver Queensland state wide Construction Services to assist in the delivery of Energy Queensland program of works. The Construction Services panel serves as a prequalified list of Queensland Building Construction Corporation (QBCC) licenced builder suppliers which have competence and capacity to perform services under a EQL Standing Offer for Minor Works and Job Order agreement. 100% of work is lump sum and requests for quote are issued on a job-by-job basis.
The intent of this EOI is to prequalify additional Construction / Builder Contractors to the existing panel.
There is no requirement for current panel suppliers to reapply, however there is a requirement to execute an updated agreement.
New contracts will commence 1 October 2025 for an initial term of 24 months with a rolling 24 month extension option.
