Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of the new air conditioning system at the Mosman Library. This includes the removal of existing mechanical plant units throughout the library, as well as the installation of new rooftop packaged units, outside condenser units, and standing vertical ducted units.

The roof structure on the Office Level will be dismantled to facilitate the removal and installation of the rooftop packaged units. The new units will be integrated into the building management system and will reuse most of the existing ductwork.
