Supporting refugee transition to general practice service
Healthy North Coast is pleased to announce the implementation of a new commissioned service and is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to provide essential support for this important initiative.
The provider will work closely with participating general practices, in the Coffs Harbour area, to improve refugee patients’ access to healthcare services and overcome any barriers they may encounter in receiving care.
