Tender Description
The Department of Justice is seeking to engage suitably qualified practitioner(s) or organisation(s) to provide Physiotherapy services to offenders in custody at various sites in regional areas.
The Health Services Directorate of the Department of Justice is responsible for the provision of primary health care to offenders in custody in Western Australia to the same standard as that available in the community in accordance with The Standard Guidelines for Corrections in Australia (2012). This is referred to as “Community Equivalence”.
Respondents may submit Offers for any or all of the locations. The Contract Authority reserves the right to select:
- A single Contractor for all locations; or
- Multiple Contractors, each appointed to one or more locations.
No more than one (1) Contractor will be appointed within each specified location.
