Suppliers are invited by the Principal, through the State Valuation Service (SVS) to submit offers for any or all of the Service Categories for SOA Invitation to Offer No 2025_01038 Contractor Services for Professional Valuation and Quantity Surveying Services (Refresh) sought to ensure the ongoing delivery of valuation related matters to Government and other Agencies in a timely, cost efficient and assured manner. The SOA must ensure the engagement of professional services on an ad-hoc basis with delivery based on a State-Wide coverage. as specified in Part B – SOA Details document.

Note: Existing Contractors on Standing Offer Arrangement RES21006 Provision of Contractor Services for Professional Valuation and Quantity Surveyor Services DO NOT need to respond to this ITO.

The Principal is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including, maximising Queensland suppliers’ opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.

The Principal may wish to add new suppliers to the existing Panel as a result of this ITO comprising of one or more suppliers each of which will enter into the existing SOA with the Principal to provide the same or similar goods and/or services to Eligible Customers. The Principal may during the term of the SOA, appoint other suppliers to the Panel for any reason including if the Principal considers that the inclusion of one or more additional suppliers is necessary or desirable to comply with government policy regarding diversity in supply chains or the achievement of social objectives.

The Principal reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, progressively roll suppliers off any Panel established as a result of this SOA ITO process to assist with the management of the Panel size.
