Council is inviting expressions of interest for the delivery and management of a high quality multi-purpose Indoor Recreation Facility within Greenacre Community Place Precinct.
Project goals
Council is inviting expressions of interest for the delivery and management of a high quality multi-purpose Indoor Recreation Facility within Greenacre Community Place Precinct . It is intended that such a facility will fill a gap in the provision of indoor recreation facilities in the area as well as activate the precinct.
Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties (Respondents) who wish to both develop, construct and manage such a facility on Council land via a ground lease.
