The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to:

• fit-out the Cravo retractable roof structure; and

• build a shed and fit-out that will serve as control room and equipment store.

The entire project (Cravo and Shed) is to be made functional as per the information in the Concept Design provided as an attachment to this tender.

The supplier is to complete the full end to end project including all materials and permits as part of the Gatton Smart Farm project located at the Gatton Research Facility.

The scope of this project is to provide the plant growing equipment and environmental control systems to be installed in an existing retractable roof structure and in an adjacent shed. The shed is to be supplied, delivered and built under this project at the site on DAF’s Gatton Research Facility. Services (electricity, water, LPG gas) will be available at the site for connection to the equipment to be installed.
