BGIS is experiencing significant current and projected future growth across our Victorian Property Management and Building Maintenance divisions. To support this growth, expressions of interest are sought from experienced, certified, accredited suppliers for the following key Victorian Regions.
• Inner Eastern Melbourne
• Southern Melbourne
• Bayside Peninsula
• Geelong
• Inner Gippsland
• Inner metropolitan Melbourne
We seek contractors who have demonstrable experience in the Residential and the Social and Affordable Housing sectors, specifically in the following areas:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Gas Fitting
• Electrical
• General Maintenance
• Painting
• Flooring (carpet/tiling/vinyl flooring)
• Glaziers
• Concrete
• Asbestos Removal
• Plasterer
• Builders
• Locksmith
• Tree maintenance
• Grounds
• Pest Control
• External and internal cleaning
• Domestic Fire Detection
• Smoke & Fire Rated Doors
• Fire / Essential Services
