The purpose of this tender is to engage an experienced and suitably qualified service provider to supply and install new LED sports lighting to existing steel poles at Fieldsend Oval, Metford NSW.

The successful contractor shall be able to provide evidence of recent and successful sports field floodlight construction projects.

Sports lighting at this site has been identified to be upgraded to AS 2560.2:2021 & AS/NZS 4282:2019 compliant lighting for amateur football codes.

Service provider will be notified of the outcome by 14th October 2024.

Pending lead times of the proposed light fittings, it is expected that practical completion will be achieved prior to or as close to the end of January as possible, with a firm project completion deadline of 28th February 2025.

This project will operate under Councils Minor Works agreement. This document has been included in this document set for reference. Please note, it does not need to be completed as part of a submission.
