Council is seeking a suitable experienced contractor to carry out reconstruction of a culvert crossing and associated works at Byrneside-Gillieston Road, Merrigum Vic 3618.

 The works include by not limited to:

• Site establishment and traffic diversions
• Demolition of existing culverts and guard-rails
• Construction of new culverts including box culverts, headwalls and wing-walls
• Pavement construction including asphalt wearing course
• Concrete edge beams
• Supply and installation of guard-rails
• Reinstatement of fencing, gate(s) and letter boxes
• Tidy up and As-constructed info

It is Council’s policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 2396 Major Culvert Renewal - Byrneside-Gillieston Road, Merrigum Vic is a Lump Sum Contract. Council expressly advises that failure to supply pricing in the section provided will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted, and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab no later than five (5) days prior to tender close.
