The University utilises various Enterprise Platforms for a range of critical, enterprise system functions including, but not limited to supply chain, incident management, change management, EDRMS, CRM, Human Resources (inc payroll), Student Administration and Finance . These system require ongoing maintenance, upgrades and enhancement to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

The University is seeking to establish a standard, efficient contracting mechanism which can facilitate the engagement of industry professionals for professional services to support these platforms, in the form of a multi-supplier panel arrangement.

For the purposes of this RFT, the Enterprise Platforms are Peoplesoft, ServiceNOW and Oracle.

Tenderers are advised that the proposed Panel arrangement will permit a supplier refresh and/or scope review to change or incorporate new Panel members and/or add to the identified Enterprise Platforms under the arrangement. Any such process will be conducted in accordance with the conditions contained in the resulting Master Services Agreement. Tenderers should anticipate the possibility of an increase in scope and competition when considering their response to this Request for Tender.
