Tender Description
AMSA is Australia’s national maritime safety regulator. AMSA is responsible for the maritime safety of international shipping and domestic commercial vessels, protection of the marine environment from ship-sourced pollution, and search and rescue services for the maritime and aviation sectors nationally.
AMSA staff perform a mix of office and field-based roles, including inspections on domestic and international vessels, site inspections of aids to navigation around Australia’s coastline, and industry/ stakeholder engagement activities.
AMSA employs around 500 staff and has 19 offices located across Australia in metro and regional areas.
AMSA provides work wear and PPE to employees in a range of positions to support the safe performance of their duties and a professional and consistent corporate image.
AMSA requires that regardless of location, eligible staff have access to high quality and consistent uniform styles, as well as a wide range of appropriate PPE to meets the needs of their position.
Other Instructions:
Conditions for Participation:
(a) clothing items in both men’s and women’s cuts and sizing, (including maternity wear), where advised;
(b) Ability to embroider logo/crest onto nominated items,
(c) Ability to provide sample sizes for employees to try on (at AMSA’s cost).
(d) Ability to place orders for work wear and PPE online, via an ordering system
Timeframe for Delivery:
AMSA require provision of goods for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options for potential extension.
