This is for cleaning services at the HRV Flemington Office. The high-level requirements of this contract are outlined below, a detailed specification document can be found in ATTACHMENT C.

A key consideration of this contract will be the ability to flex our cleaning services and change the frequency and services required based on the office attendance.

All equipment required by the supplier to provide cleaning services must be provided by the supplier.

Cleaning Services:

• Daily: bathrooms, kitchens, reception, spot cleaning as required, emptying wastebins, removal of waste
• Twice weekly: board/meeting rooms
• Weekly: taking out bins for collection, full vacuum
• Monthly: removal of cobwebs
• Optional/nice to have coffee machine cleaning and restocking, providing cleaning and hygiene consumables
• Annual: external window and steam cleaning
