This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This project aim is to progress and support the development of a Commission tool for collating and analysing subject of allegation (SOA) and affected consumer (AC) data relating to incidents reported under the Serious Incidents Reporting Scheme (SIRS), where the SOA or AC is an aged care consumer.
