The Department intends to engage the successful Seller to undertake a review of the Department’s current SaaS (Software as a Service) platform support and maintenance arrangements, perform options analysis and make recommendations for a future SaaS Platform Sustainment Model. The following key activities and deliverables are included in scope

1. desktop review of the Department’s current support and SaaS sustainment framework
2. interview key Department stakeholders
3. develop and define suitable options for a SaaS Sustainment Model
4. perform options analysis
5. make recommendation(s) on the preferred SaaS Sustainment Model, and
6. develop and deliver a Review and Recommendations Report.

Note to Sellers

• This is considered an “above the line” engagement. Accordingly, the conditions of RFQ will prevent the successful Seller from participating in any related and subsequent procurement process.
• The Department may seek amended Responses from any one or more Respondents, allow any Respondent to amend its Response, call for new Responses or seek additional Responses from new Respondents, or add additional Respondents beyond those initially invited.
