The Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) has a requirement for the provision of civil construction services for the development of Coolum Eco Industrial Park (CEIP) Stage 2A.

MEDQ owns a 52.7 ha parcel of vacant freehold land at Quanda Road, Coolum Beach, Queensland and the land adjoins Stage 1 of the Coolum Eco Industrial Park (CEIP) which comprises 35 lots developed by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) in 2011.

This proposal is to develop Stage 2A of the CEIP which comprises 10 new industrial lots plus a community lot and infrastructure on approx. 18 hectares of the site.

Please note that there is a Mandatory Site Visit which is being held on 15 October 2024 at 10am to 11am. For further details please refer to item 1.3 of the Invitation to Offer document.
