Tender Description
The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Defence, requires laboratory testing services for Liquid Fuels and Oil, Lubricant and Associated Products. The Commonwealth now intends to engage in a Request for Tender procurement process for the laboratory testing services.

The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer:
• has not complied with clause 2.9 of the Conditions of Tender (Statement of Tax Record);
• has not complied with clause 3.4 of the Conditions of Tender (Preparation and Transmission of Classified Tenderers); or
• does not propose to comply with clause 3.5 of the Conditions of Tender (Defence Security Requirements).
Timeframe for Delivery: Initial Term of 48 months
