1. Monash University seeks a vendor to re-implement its web-based Identity Management Portal for enhanced user account activation and identity management.

2. The goal is to support the university's vision of a passwordless future, with the new application integrating Passkeys mechanisms for seamless user experience.

3. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing a replacement application that aligns with the existing IT infrastructure and adheres to relevant security standards and regulations.

4. The project's timeline spans from design and development through to testing and launch.

5. The new application should facilitate password management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) management, self-service password and MFA reset, and regular user authentication factor management throughout their Monash account lifecycle.

Previous experience implementing Authentication, MFA, SSO, and Passkeys and .NET Application Architecture and Design experience is required.
