Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitable Contractors, to provide design and construction for the playspace upgrade at Munro Street Reserve Playspace.
The scope of works includes, but not limited to the following:
- Provide a landscape plan, planting plan, play equipment plan and detailed design based on the Council-prepared preliminary concept, brief and specifications.
- Allow for revisions, incorporation of feedback and approvals by council of landscape plans within the proposed timeline.
- Once approved, carry out all landscape works as per approved plans, in line with this specification including but not limited to preliminaries, demolition, earthworks, set out, concrete works, play equipment installation, installation of barbecue and associated works, installation of park furniture, garden bed preparation and planting, softfall installation, turf rectification works, site restoration etc.
- Provide certification and warranties demonstrating that the design, supply, and installation of works is in accordance with Australian Standards.
- Provide maintenance and establishment of the site in line with these specifications.

Pre-tender site briefing (Mandatory)
All tenderers are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefings on 9 October 2024, from 10:30am to 11:00am.
