City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to complete watermain relocation works in Georgetown Road with the works spanning from Bowker Street to Hunter Street, Georgetown NSW.

The Service Provider must be pre-qualified on Hunter Water approved contractors list to carry out the works.

The Service Provider shall supply all plant, labour, equipment and materials required to undertake works as per the design drawings and the specifications provided in the RFT documents.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday, 10th October at 10 am. Please meet at the corner of Bowker Street and Georgetown Road, Georgetown.

Any Service Provider willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 22th October 2024.
