Tender Description

The Principal is seeking to receive bids from Contractors who best display value for money in the rehabilitation works along Monash Avenue. Works will extend from Smyth Road to slightly West of Clifton Street, Nedlands.

The City's scope of works expectation includes but not limits as to the following:

  • kerb removal and minor earthworks,
  • drainage adjustment,
  • cleaning and reinstatement,
  • road profiling,
  • in situ foam bitumen stabilization of the pavement,
  • primer seal and new asphalt wearing course,
  • new kerb and footpath installation,
  • new driveway apron and accommodation installation,
  • backfilling works,
  • and temporary line marking.
