Temora Shire Council is seeking written expressions of interest (EOI) for the lease of the pathology suite at the Temora Medical Complex, 296 – 298 Hoskins Street, Temora NSW 2666, commencing January 2025.

The pathology suite is located within the Temora Medical Complex, is 46m squared and comprises two consultation rooms, waiting area, preparation/storage room and a toilet. The Temora Medical Complex was opened in November 2012 and in addition to the onsite pathology suite, comprises exceptional facilities including 12 consultation rooms, specialist rooms and minor procedure areas. Externally the facility has on-site parking, ambulance docking area, ample parking for all patients including well located disabled parking and access. A radiology service is adjacent to the building providing Ultrasound, CT and X-ray services.

Located only one hours drive north of Wagga Wagga the Temora Shire has a current population of 6,110 and growing. Temora is a thriving local community supported by excellent amenities, business and health services with the new Temora Hospital due to commence construction in 2025.

Written EOI’s must be received prior to 12pm on Tuesday 15 October 2024. EOI’s must be addressed to General Manager, Temora Shire Council, PO Box 262, TEMORA NSW 2666 and be clearly endorsed “Expression of Interest Temora Medical Complex Pathology Suite”.

Following the receipt of EOI’s the matter will be reported to Council, who will then determine whether to proceed with the lease of the pathology suites based on the information provided.
