The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the supply of comprehensive fencing services across various sites in Karratha, Western Australia. This contract, involves the design, supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of fencing types, tailored to meet the specific needs of each site.

Contractors are expected to demonstrate their ability to deliver high-quality fencing solutions that comply with all relevant Australian Standards, while ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. The successful Contractor will work closely with the Principal to ensure all works are carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 2.00pm (AWST) on 10 October 2024. Tenderers who do not attend the briefing/site inspection will not be eligible to submit a Tender.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's etender Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2:00pm(AWST) on 21 October 2024. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's etender Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
