In response to recommendations 25 to 28 of the Women’s Safety and Justice Taskforce, Report One: Hear Her Voice, the Queensland Government committed to design and establish a state-wide network of perpetrator intervention programs, which were both innovative and allowed for diverse cohorts to participate.

As part of this commitment, the Customer is seeking a Provider to trial a behaviour change program for men using domestic and family violence (DFV) via an online mode of delivery (expanded online trial).

This trial will incorporate findings from the evaluation of an online pilot program delivered in 2020-21 on the Gold Coast and be expanded to include the consideration of implications for use in rural, regional, and remote areas of Queensland, including to Beaudesert, Charters Towers, Gympie and Innisfail.

Please note that during this tender and tender response evaluation period, Queensland Government will be in Caretaker Mode and relevant conventions apply. We draw your attention to Clause 13.4 of the Service Agreement – Suspending or Stopping Funding. In the event of an incoming government (either existing or new) not wishing to proceed with this project, we reserve the right to invoke this Clause. Please note that the Caretaker period ends when the incoming government is sworn in.
