The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum tender to deliver upgrade works at Corinthian Hall, Beatrice Ave, Shelley. This City owned facility will be exclusively leased to Corinthian Park Tennis Club (CPTC) following completion of the upgrade works.

As part of the City's Annual Asset Management Programme, capital renewal and upgrade works have been identified for the building.

All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name, and lodged by the specified time and date, no late submissions or emailed submissions will be accepted.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
