South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) requires the services of an appropriately skilled and experienced organisation to assist with the implementation of a strategic organisation Quality Management Program (QMP) that builds on existing quality capability, capacity, tools, methods and leadership behaviours - forming one, aligned management program that leads improvement and innovation activities. SMHS seeks to shift from a compliance focused approach to that of continuous quality improvement (CQI) through a QMP.
