Horsham Rural City Council invites suppliers to tender for the provision of quarry and road making materials to be used on Council assets within the Municipality of Horsham, located in the Wimmera Region, Northwest Victoria.

Council intends to appoint a panel of suppliers under the final Contract.

This Contract is primarily for the supply and load only (ex bin) of quarry products and road making materials, however Council is also seeking delivery rates per kilometre to Council Stack Sites.

Supplied material must be from a licensed extraction pit or other approved source.

The contract is for an initial 3-year period. Council at its sole discretion may offer a further two, one-year terms of contract.

Quantities provided in the tender are estimates only and are not guaranteed under this contract.
