The Procurement of Security Services for the Births Deaths & Marriages Pyrmont office

Project goals

The Supplier's Activities are to provide security guard and concierge services.

The core objectives of the Supplier's Activities are as follows:

1. Regular security guard and concierge services at Pyrmont office; and

2. Adhoc security guard service at Wollongong location.

Scope

The Specifications for Security Services for Pyrmont include:

(1) Greet Customer arriving to the Registry and guide them as required.

(2) Greet and seat wedding parties and check if they are part of a wedding scheduled for the day.

(3) Effectively manage wedding party to ensure smooth operation of the Registry.

(4) Brief and guide couple on the use of facilities.

(5) Coordinate between the celebrant and couples to ensure their documents are signed before their ceremony.

(6) Assist the customer by checking their ID prior to handover of certificates.

(7) Be responsible for the safety of the Registry and the staff.

(8) To be stationed in front of wedding rooms and direct guests into the correct wedding room when entering and direct guests through to the exit when leaving

(9) Arm the building at the end of shift (Late Friday’s and Saturday’s).
