Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from qualified and capable contractors for Construction of cricket nets at Greensborough War Memorial Park, Greensborough, 3088.
The scope of works is detailed in the appendices however an overview of the project works includes but is not limited to:
• Securing the site.
• Traffic management.
• Tree management plan.
• Construction of concrete slab and footings.
• Construction of retaining walls.
• Drainage construction.
• Construction of sound barrier walls.
• Supply and installation of fence, post & gate.
• Supply and installation of retractable nets.
• Supply and installation of synthetic grass with line markings.
• Landscaping works.
• As-builts and handover documents.
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
