This Contract is for the following locations:

(a) Bolinda Road former landfill located at Bolinda Road Resource Recovery Centre 71 Bolinda Road, Campbellfield, Victoria, 3061; and

(b) Mahoneys Road former landfill located at 34 Onslow Avenue, Campbellfield, Victoria, 3061, (together, the Site(s)).

2.2. the Contractor shall:

(a) assess review the current flare performance and gas collection system, current and expected on-going landfill gas generation rates;

(b) procure, install and commission a suitable flare with capacity to meet the requirements of the Specification, and

(c) operate and maintain a gas extraction and control system (GCCS) at the Site with the primary objective of obtaining and maintaining compliance with BPEM Action Levels for landfill gas migration and emissions.
