The supplier will provide services as required:

• Assist with TechnologyOne CiA enhancements and BAU as directed.

• Work related to the upgrade and patching of the Department's FMIS - TechnologyOne.

• Assisting with FMIS enhancement prioritisation, planning, business requirements, solution development and testing as directed.

• Assisting with the implementation & oversight of new and existing external systems integration with the FMIS.

• Identify opportunities for streamlining existing processes within the FMIS through best use of licenced functionality.

• Other FMIS related duties as required.

Where directed in peak periods we may require a minimum of 3 FTE up to 5 days per week.

The deliverables noted above may be varied upon agreement between the department and the supplier
