Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for alterations to the partitions in the east wing of the Civic Centre as per the attached plans. The scope of works include:
- Demolition of existing partition walls
- Construction of new partition walls
- Installation of doors and door frames
- Re- establishing the roof tiles and make good
- Installation of carpet as needed and make good
The work is to be undertaken in stages to minimise disruptions. The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of the quote in their submission.
Please note:
- Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
- Late tenders will not be considered.
- Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Tendering Portal.
All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal.
Questions relating to this tender will be answered until Friday 4th October 2024. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
