Tender Description

Napier City Council require a capable and experienced main contractor to undertake and complete the works of an upgrade to the toilet facilities and ticketing area along with ventilation and heating including the Port of Napier foyer. The Municipal Theatre is an iconic Art Deco building in the heart of Napier City. It has been a long time since an upgrade has been undertaken in these areas.
