We are currently looking for a skilled, suitably qualified and experienced contractor to successfully complete the project outlined in Section 2 - Statement of Requirements and Specification of this Request for Tender document. The contractor is required to provide pricing for all of the scope required to remediate the plant and vent room walls, roof and structural steel in line with Adowra Engineerings remediation scope of work and specification documentation.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Albert Facey House, 469 Wellington Street, Perth at 10 Oct, 2024 10:30 AM.

Please meet by the security/reception desk inside the main entry of the building to sign in for the site briefing.

As the rooftop is a restricted area, the contractor will need to complete and submit a High Risk Works Access Request Form to JLL?s project manager prior to the tender briefing on site. This form is included in the tender documents and can be submitted via email when the contractor confirms their attendance to the site briefing.

Please take note that attending the mandatory briefing is essential. Failure to attend this briefing session will render the offer ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
