Tender Description
The scope of works of this project involves the installation of multiple Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units to eleven buildings, and the refurbishment of two existing laundry buildings within an accommodation area at Puckapunyal.
The refurbishment works include, but are not limited to, bringing the laundry entries up to DDA compliance, internal and external painting, new floor coverings, installation of tactile indicators, installation of LED light fittings, replacement of existing hydraulic fixtures, and installation of new mechanical ventilation systems.
