Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the construction of public amenities at Arid Lands Botanic Garden.

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications.

Arid Lands Botanic Garden is located on more than 250 hectares off Stuart Hwy, Port Augusta West. This facility is a popular location for visitors and locals to explore the gardens as well as the Visitors Centre which includes a café and gift shop.

The only public amenities, on site, are located inside of the visitors centre. Council are seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors to construct additional public amenities in the garden area. Restrictions apply on the use of the site by way of protection of all vegetation and requirement to maintain a small building footprint.

The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
