Tender Description
Housing Choices Australia is tendering for the maintenance contract of Essential Safety Measures in Victoria. The portfolio relevant to this tender is both owned and managed housing stock, which comprises of 21 Community Housing buildings (470 apartments) and 200 Specialist Disability Accommodation dwellings, which is spread throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.
