Tender Description
Council requires the successful Tenderer to carry out the following works:
• Undertake review of the provided information to inform the site-specific requirements at each site
• Undertake investigations to supplement, validate or support the proposed works. To include site visits, site measurements, ground truthing, management of subcontractors/subconsultants and reviews as required
• Concept and Detailed design of the outdoor all weather dining structures. The proposed structure should fit in with the existing streetscape and amenity. It should provide for a functional and aesthetically pleasing space for users.
• Fabrication of the structure including detailed shop drawings
• Coordination and installation works onsite
• Handover and maintenance documents.
