DPMC requires services to include but are not limited to: 

Training

• Assist in building capability within the team, training and knowledge sharing from experience.

• Contribute to structured training efforts to upskill existing Payroll staff. Issue Resolution

• Liaise with users to understand the context of issues and provide resolution.

• Troubleshoot and provide a solution to complex configuration issues.

• Complete support requests and resolve technical issues within our defined service levels.

• Transfer of experience and knowledge - from general system admin skills to technical configuration.

• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to complex system issues.

• Define effort, technical requirements, and complexity of enhancements, and implement them as required.

Enhancements

• Assist in the management of development requests of new and existing configurations.

• Follow internal change management controls - plan, test, and implement configuration within these controls.

• Contribute to larger-scale configuration and development pieces as part of defined project activities within the team.

• Manage technical risk and evaluate the impact of complex changes.
