E039-2025 The AELEC is currently advertising as an expression of interest for a Plumbing Contractor to provide maintenance and any other plumbing works required. Each submission will be evaluated based on the following criteria. Please respond by addressing each of these points,

- Able to provide Plumbing Services to the AELEC during events and non-event periods (this includes after hours/weekends and on call).

- We require a Contractor who is professional, competent and has an efficient work ethic.

- Have the relevant qualifications and experience to maintain the facility.

- Comply with relevant legislation.

- Contractor will provide own tools of the trade and equipment to perform services.

- Provide an outline of current fees structure and any ongoing costs.

- Provide any statements of recognition or portfolio of previous work or experience.

- Provide details of current insurances.

- Provide any other relevant material that may be an advantage.
