Unitywater is seeking proposals for an IoT Platform and Decision and Business Automation Platform (DBAP) to support its digital transformation initiatives.

Scope:

• IoT Platform
• Digital Business Application Platform (DBAP)
• Integration services
• Support and maintenance services

Out of Scope:

• System integration work not involving the IoT Platform or DBAP
• Procurement, installation, and maintenance of digital water meters, loggers and other network sensors
• Procurement of network communications services and management of associated infrastructure
• Handling of customer complaints and inquiries
• Data migration
• Migration of existing IoT devices to the IoT Platform

Registration:

All suppliers must immediately register for Unitywater Tenders access following the separately attached guide: "Registering to access Unitywater's Tenders.docx"

Submission:

• All offers must be submitted electronically via Unitywater Tenders TechnologyOne portal
• Offers submitted via Qtenders will not be assessed
• Ensure offers are in Microsoft suite or Adobe PDF format
• Submit before the Closing time and date

Enquiries:

• All enquiries must be posted via the TechnologyOne Questions section
• Queries received after four business days before the Submission Close will not receive a respons

Key Dates:

• Invitation to Offer issued: Friday, October 4th
• Closing date for information/clarification questions: 4:00 pm Queensland time, five (5) Business Days prior to the closing time and date
• Intended commencement of evaluation process: November 2024
• Intended date of shortlisting Suppliers: December 2024
• Demonstrations with shortlisted Supplier(s): January 2025
• Intended Contract Term start date (indicative): 01/05/2024
• Intended Contract Term end date (indicative): 30/04/2029
