As the steward for digital enablement of Australia’s health system, the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) plays a pivotal role in coordinating national engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health initiatives. Our mission is to enable person-centred, connected healthcare across the nation.

To achieve this, the Agency is committed to transforming the national infrastructure into a contemporary, structured, data-rich ecosystem. This ecosystem will connect systems across various settings and support real-time access to information for patients and the broader care team – anywhere, anytime.

Work is underway in the development of technical documentation in the form of an Architecture and Roadmap to show how the Agency, working with all digital health stakeholders, intends to achieve this vision.

We are seeking a supplier to provide technical writing services to further develop and enhance these documents. The supplier will need to have extensive experience in the health sector and technical writing. They will be responsible for reviewing, writing, and recommending improvements to existing documentation.

The supplier must be able to translate complex technical information into engaging and understandable content for target audiences, collaborate closely with our development team, and ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work to be undertaken will include but not be limited to:

• Immediate requirement for further development of the Architecture and Roadmap documents as listed in deliverables section.

• Ongoing support with technical writing services related to this program of work as required
