Port Pirie Regional Council is seeking submissions for the combined civil and landscaping components associated with the Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) works to be performed on The Terrace (Roadside) as part of the Port Pirie Greening Project. These works were previously tendered under SA Tenders number PPRC055803 and are now being tendered again to provide a greater opportunity for contractors to submit. The works include the construction of a carpark along with landscaping to be watered through WSUD infrastructure. The works are required to be completed by 30 May 2025.

Interested parties will need to arrange a site visit by contacting Terry McGinnis tmcginnis@pirie.sa.gov.au as the Nominated Contact Person. All site visits are to be arranged prior to 28 November 2024.

Tenderers must ensure that their submission is uploaded electronically to Council's file drop facility using the following link: https://files.pirie.sa.gov.au/filedrop/TerraceWSUDLandscapeCivil in accordance with clause 2.2.1 Lodgement of Tenders of Section B – Conditions of Tender of this RFT package.
