The Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre is located at 258 Alfred Street, Mackay. This Contract involves a comprehensive upgrade of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system across key areas of the facility, with a focus on enhancing air quality and optimising system performance. This project aims to ensure a healthier and more efficient HVAC system, aligning with current standards and operational requirements.

Upgrade #1: UV-C Upgrade

Upgrade #2: AHU 10 & 11 VCD Upgrade

Upgrade #3: Duty Standby Pump Upgrades to CW & CHW
